Excelstay - Balaia - Albufeira

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, allowing us to cook our own meals during our stay. We felt like master chefs in our own little culinary haven!

our recent stay at excelstay - balaia exceeded our expectations. the apartment was lovely, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring algarve. carlos, our host, was extremely communicative, welcoming, and flexible. we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like wine, coffee, chocolate, and cookies to welcome us.

Check-in process was unclear. we were given vague instructions and had trouble finding the apartment within the complex.

The location is superb, just a short walk to the local beach, which is never too crowded. the apartment is well equipped, perfect for families with small children. the main bedroom has air conditioning and a comfortable bed, while the second bedroom has a fan and a double and single bed. Access to two swimming pools is provided, one busier and deeper, and the other quieter. There is a SPAR mini market opposite the accommodation, along with a small cafe. Luggage can be left at the reception if you arrive early.

Felt welcomed into the family, no complaints whatsoever.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. From free Wi-Fi to comfortable rooms, off-site parking, and a variety of activities like tennis, billiards, and even beach access. The staff is also very helpful, as they once took care of my elderly parents. Perfect for a romantic escape.

Our stay at Balaia Mar was absolutely incredible! Natalia, our host, was beyond helpful and made everything so effortless and relaxing. The apartment had everything we needed and the pools and beach were perfect. The nearby supermarket and restaurants were a great convenience. We can't wait to come back!

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a well-equipped and comfortable room. The location was superb, just a short walk from a beautiful and uncrowded beach.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, TV, DVDs, CDs. Supermarket across the road. Pool area very clean. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Excelstay - Balaia in Albufeira. the recently refinished apartment was absolutely awesome, with comfortable rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a great veranda. the little touches, like USB chargers in the bedroom outlets, made our stay easy and comfortable. We loved the 10-minute walk to the lovely beach and the free access to the pools at the hotel. the hosts were kind and helpful, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. It was a luxury stay at affordable prices. We can't wait to return!

This apartment is absolutely mind-blowing! It has recently been refinished and it is simply amazing. The rooms are so comfortable, the living area is spacious, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The veranda is great, and I loved the little touches like USB chargers in the bedroom outlets. The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. They even provided plenty of towels and extra linens, as well as beach toys for the kids.
